ZZD22 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZZD22 platform, including the website at zzd22.app, the Android mobile application and any related services made available to users in Pakistan. The terms form a binding agreement between you and ZZD22.

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on ZZD22, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

ZZD22 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform. The platform offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, crash games and related entertainment services. All services are provided for recreational purposes to adult users only.

2Eligibility

To register and use ZZD22, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing the platform from a location where online gaming services are not prohibited.
• You must not already hold another ZZD22 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on ZZD22 or on another platform that recognises reciprocal exclusions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

ZZD22 reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any point. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, account access may be restricted and pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on ZZD22. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name or a false identity — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your name.
• A working email address that you have access to.
• A date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZZD22 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ZZD22 will never ask for your password over email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

Identity verification — submission of a copy of your CNIC and a selfie — is required before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process under normal circumstances. ZZD22 may request re-verification if account activity triggers a security review.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits on ZZD22 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform.

The minimum deposit amount and any applicable per-method limits are displayed at the point of deposit. ZZD22 does not charge a deposit fee on its end, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Funding your ZZD22 account using another person's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account is not permitted. ZZD22 reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified or third-party payment sources and to return such funds.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from ZZD22 are processed in PKR to the payment method of your choice — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or cards where applicable. The withdrawal destination must be an account in your own verified name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not processed.

Withdrawal limits vary by method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: minimum PKR 500 per transaction.
• Raast: minimum PKR 1,000 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: minimum PKR 2,000 per transaction.

Processing times depend on the chosen method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within hours. Raast transfers are instant once approved. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days. ZZD22 does not charge a fee on withdrawals from its end.

If your account has an active bonus attached to it, the bonus wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real money balance deposited independently of any bonus is always withdrawable.

6Bonuses and Promotions

ZZD22 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and loyalty rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms — minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, time limits and maximum withdrawable winnings — which are published on the Promotions page.

General rules that apply to all ZZD22 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in all bonus winnings being voided and accounts being suspended.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It must first be converted to withdrawable balance by completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be played through before a withdrawal can be requested on those funds.
• Bets placed using bonus balance that result in winnings do not automatically create withdrawable funds until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
• ZZD22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions for existing participants will be honoured under the terms in place when the promotion was activated.

7Sports Betting Rules

ZZD22 offers sports betting on cricket, football, tennis, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation — the final odds shown at confirmation apply.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to market suspension at any time. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are not affected.
• For cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and tests — match results are settled according to official scorecards from the governing body. Matches abandoned before the minimum overs required for a result under DLS or tournament rules are void unless a result has been officially declared.
• In-play bets placed after the outcome of an event is reasonably known — for example, after a wicket falls but before the market is suspended — are void at ZZD22's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Where a bet exceeds the maximum, ZZD22 may partially accept the bet at the maximum allowed amount.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout. If any single selection in an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated without that leg.

8Casino and Game Rules

Casino games, live casino tables, crash games and other titles in the ZZD22 game lobby are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and others. Each game operates under the rules set by the originating studio and uses certified random number generators where applicable.

ZZD22 does not alter the RTP or outcome mechanics of any game supplied by a third-party studio. The RTP figures displayed in the game lobby are the studio's official figures.

In the event of a game malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a bet, the affected round is void and the stake is returned to your account balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not paid out.

Live casino game results are determined by physical dealing in a studio environment, verified by video recording. Disputes about live game outcomes must be raised with ZZD22 support within 24 hours of the session in question.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZZD22 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds using payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Using ZZD22 for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the source of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts to place bets on the platform.
• Coordinating bets with other users to guarantee outcomes or manipulate markets.
• Attempting to claim bonuses that you are not eligible for or that have already been claimed under a different account.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing anyone else to operate your ZZD22 account.

ZZD22 uses monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Where suspicious patterns are identified, account activity may be paused while an investigation is conducted. Users are expected to cooperate with any investigation process.

10Account Suspension and Closure

ZZD22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed terms violation, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings generated through prohibited activity will be forfeited. Deposits made using legitimate payment methods in your own name will be returned subject to verification.

If you wish to close your ZZD22 account voluntarily, contact support. Any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules and any remaining balance in your verified name will be returned to you via a supported withdrawal method after the account closure process is complete.

11Responsible Gaming

ZZD22 is an entertainment platform for adults. It is not designed or intended as a source of income. We recognise that some users may develop habits that are difficult to manage and we take that seriously.

Tools available to ZZD22 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when lowered. Requests to increase limits have a cooling-off period before they apply.

ZZD22 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the user's side.
• Delays in live event data that affect in-play betting decisions.
• Third-party payment processing delays outside of ZZD22's control.
• Actions taken by third-party game studios that affect game availability or mechanics.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits ZZD22's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

ZZD22 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, account holders will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised date at the top.

Continued use of the ZZD22 platform after the effective date of a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
